Mechanical Sludge Drying

Kurstjens has a mobile drying system at its disposal which can be implemented for drying:

• dewatered biological and chemical sewage sludge
• dewatered industrial sludge
• paper sludge
• digistate
• manure

The system is a belt dryer, in which the dry air pumped through the material to be dried in countercurrent. The system is built on a trailer and can thus be easily transported and set up elsewhere. The system is completely closed and contains an air purification mechanism. A technical description and the specifications of the drying belt can be downloaded below. 

The drying systems can be implemented in combination with Kurstjens’ dewatering systems.
